WHERE your story and our’s intersect

We know you have a goal of building your business…or perhaps it’s an empire you’re after. You don’t have time to do EVERYTHING but you want to work with a team of experts who can help you get to where you’re going.

Since everyone and their nephew claim to be “experts” these days, we like to say we are a team of people who have been students of business and digital marketing for well over ten years each.

Gina Schreck is the founder of SocialKNX and is a leading authority in this space, speaking globally on the topic, and has not only written several of her own books on the topic (most recently–Social Media Doesn’t Work… unless you do) but was also the technical editor on the Idiots Guide to Social Media. She was voted one of the top social media coaches in 2015, Best social media blog in 2017, hosts her own podcast, and her kids know she is more tech-savvy than they are! So what does that mean for you? We know a thing or two about helping you build that empire.

In 1995 Gina Schreck took the leap off that corporate ladder and started what was to later become SocialKNX (It was Pinnacle Achievement then). Back then Google had just been formed. We didn’t even have social media sites or iPhones… the horror. It was medieval times for sure! Gina would go out in person, meeting with, and helping organizations with their sales and marketing. I know, you’re probably shuddering, just thinking about that. She walked uphill on sales calls, too… in heels!

Between 2005- 2007 we were all gifted with YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter!  In 2007 our phones got smarter when Apple introduced us to the iPhone and by 2008 companies realized they should be changing the way they marketed to their customers.

Many of these companies that Gina was working with started asking if she could just help them manage all of these new crazy marketing tools like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Tweeter (that’s what most people called it back then). Of course, Gina said “YES!” and after hiring a business-savvy marketing team and teaching them all she already knew about Facebook, LinkedIn and Tweeter… they rebranded the company to become SocialKNX.

Today we have team members who specialize in blogging, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook Marketing, LinkedIn, email marketing, YouTube, and whatever it takes to help you achieve your goals of building your dream business.

SocialKNX is a digital marketing agency, but what does that mean? I know it’s very confusing. Social media marketing, content marketing, digital marketing…. what’s the difference?

The bottom line is we are here to help you, not only make sense of it all but to take that off your plate so you can focus on doing what you do best! As a busy entrepreneur or business owner, you don’t have time to write social content, create beautiful graphics, create lead generation campaigns and build your online community each day. That’s a full-time job.

As a busy mom and entrepreneur, I know how hard it is to juggle it all. I love helping entrepreneurs discover ways to magnify their brand and build their community and business. My latest adventure is opening a coworking space that will house our team and other incredible entrepreneurs in Denver, Colorado! Check out The Village Workspace if you are ever in my neck of the woods!

Deep relationships have always been important to me. I feel our role in marketing is to create deep relationships between people and the brands they love. As a working mom, I’ve learned we need to maximize our time and use it to bring our best to the world. My favorite part of this job is that I get to learn so many incredible things from the clients we serve. I basically download their experiences and expertise into my brain each day!

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, I knew early on the importance of managing my personal brand. I love that I now get to help individuals and brands manage their personal and professional brands. Instagram is my favorite platform right now because it allows people to see behind the curtain of their favorite brands to see a side that you don’t typically see on their website. Social media is all about being SOCIAL.

Motherhood and marketing have a lot in common. Each child and each client is different and they require a unique approach to ensure they feel heard and seen. My job is creating relationships between a brand and their ideal audience in a very unique way. I love learning about our clients and their business.

I call myself the web monkey here, but climbing and mountaineering are my real passions. You will find a few of us on the side of a mountain just about every weekend rain, sun, or snow! I enjoy helping our clients realize creating a website is nothing to be fearful of. I build out websites and manage the monthly updates, backups, and tweaks that keep a site running smoothly!

Jolene Rheault

I have spent my entire adult life in marketing. I have a Masters Degree in marketing and public relations, an undergrad in graphic design, and 13 years of experience. I specialize in public relations strategies, social media management, logo and web design, and digital marketing (emails, lead magnets, funnels, etc.) As a mom and marketing professional, I am not only used to wearing many hats, I really do enjoy it.

Kara Barnes

Before joining SocialKNX, I co-founded a digital marketing and design agency where I managed 30+ client accounts and supervised a support staff of 10+. Aside from loving everything about implementing processes and helping to bring order amidst chaos, I work alongside talented business owners and entrepreneurs to build meaningful brands and establish a comprehensive online presence.

Motherhood, horses and lots of books…especially those by Jane Austin! That’s what I want to be surrounded by. I am a blogger and ghostwriter, whether that is the book you have inside you or those blog posts you just don’t have time to write. I have always loved writing and now to do that for a living… well that is living!
